Boomerang UK December 2012 Weekdays

No huge difference this month.

New episodes of The Garfield Show will air on the 7:00 and 18:30 slot.

Pound Puppies (the 2010 series), makes it's return on Boomerang. It will air on weekdays at 9:00, and on weekends at 6:30. This means The Land Before Time will be gone (again). Also, Casper's Scare School gets another weekday slot at 12:30, reducing The Garfield Show at 12:00 to have one-half hour.

I don't think the preschool morning may have any relation to Cartoonito, as Pound Puppies was aired only on this network. If they are airing this 3-hour long as an alternative viewing for younger viewers, why won't they air A Pup Named Scooby Doo or Tom & Jerry Kids? they're based on Boomerang's popular characters AND are younger versions anyway. Even Baby Looney Tunes could pass this.

  1. So few shows repeated so many times. The overnights are ridiculously bad. Why can't they at least play classics instead of all those Cramp Twins, Garfield replays? So bad.... Yesterday I checked out Boomerang Australia schedule and it's even worse, just few baby shows repeated non stop. It used to be very good until they changed it recently.

    1. It does feel a shame their late-night schedule is reduced to 3 shows played twice.

Around 2004, we had a lot of shows air, like Josie & the Pussycats and Inspector Gadget, but there was a 2-hour block of Gadget Boy at midnight. as for Cramp Twins and Skatoony, they're already on CN TOO and have a late-night run. i wouldn't mind older CN shows on Boomerang if they were the one Hanna-Barbera ones like Johnny Bravo and Powerpuff Girls.

The Garfield Show is just a waste to fill up the nightly slots, when its already popular in the daytime.

They should really put some classics back on. some would really fit nicely with the contemporary ones in those hour blocks.

I think since Toonami closed down, and the Live-action shows moved to this station, its all been completely off the wall in this country. though, it didn't hurt much for when Thunderbirds aired around 2002.
